Jim Roots FRICS, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, is a construction cost consultant of over 40 years standing, operating in all areas of the building and construction industry.
Formerly working for a number of local, national and international construction consultants, Jim is now operating as an independent consultant out of offices in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.
Jim's expertise covers small and large projects in most industry sectors, and is equally applicable to a small refurbishment project in Hastings and St Leonards or to a large new build project nationwide. Jim has been a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for 38 years.
