Jim Roots, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, is a construction cost expert of over 30 years standing, operating in all areas of the building and construction industry.

Formerly working for a number of local, national and international construction consultants, Jim is now operating as an independent consultant out of offices in Hastings, East Sussex.

Jim's expertise covers small and large projects in most industry sectors, and is equally applicable to a small refurbishment project in Hastings or to a large new build project nationwide.
